Load Ram
A ram specially designed to fit center voids provides counter pressure to uphold the layer(s). The load ram lowers into the void directly proportional with the claw arms. Whenever layers are solid (no center voids) the ram will remain above the top layer.

The Tygard Claw provides an unobstructed view at both the floor level and at picking heights. The operator is in complete control.

Order Picking
Whether the product is glass or plastic bottles, cans, general consumer goods or other products packaged in crates or boxes, the Tygard Claw will increase productivity by 1,500 - 2,000 cases per hour, depending on the product mix.

Serviceability
The Tygard Claw is a low maintenance attachment. All hoses, cylinders, valves and fittings can be serviced from the front of the truck! The claw has polymer wear strips that are easy to replace and require no grease.

Custom Build
The maximum out-to-out positioning capability of each claw is specifically designed for the handling characteristics of the pallet loads.

Guide Rail System
A Guide Rail system is used with a side mount Tygard Claw; the metal rail system ranges from 60 - 200 feet (20 - 60 meters) depending on space in warehouse.
